Embeddable (flush), Cable type connection, 10 mm sensing distance
The Contrinex proximity sensor DW-DD-605-M30 features outstanding noise protection and stable sensing performance due to its specialized sensor IC developed by Contrinex. This sensor comes in a round cylindrical shape, sensing distance of 10mm, sensing side diameter and housing size of M30, and shield (flush) installation. The standard cylindrical inductive sensor can be used in diverse applications requiring non-contact detection of metallic objects.

Body
This Contrinex proximity sensor’s case and nut parts are made of Chrome-plated brass and its sensing side is made of PBTP.
The DW-DD-605-M30 features IP67 ingress protection.
The LED on its body acts as the process indicator.
Connection
The Contrinex proximity sensor DW-DD-605-M30 features standard cable type connection. This cable covers the sensor’s 2 wires. It is 2 meters in length, and is made of PVC.
Sensing specifications
This inductive sensor’s sensing side diameter is 30 mm. This sensor’s maximum distance to detect its standard sensing target, which is a 30x30x1 mm piece of iron, is 10 mm. This so-called sensing distance differs from one sensing target to another, based on their material, size, etc. You could find out the sensing distance in Contrinex proximity sensors with a correction factor, mentioned in their datasheet.
This M30 NO prox sensor also features 0.5 mm repeat accuracy.
Control output
The DW-DD-605-M30 features 2-WIRE Normally Open control output.
Temperature
The ambient temperature range that the DW-DD-605-M30 M30 NO prox sensor works properly in is -25 … 70°C.
