The Contrinex high temperature proximity sensor DW-HD-601-M12-200 features outstanding noise protection and stable sensing performance due to its specialized sensor IC developed by Contrinex. This sensor comes in a round cylindrical shape, sensing distance of 3mm, sensing side diameter and housing size of M12, and shield (flush) installation. The standard cylindrical inductive sensor can be used in diverse applications requiring non-contact detection of metallic objects.

Body
This Contrinex high temperature proximity sensor’s case and nut parts are made of Stainless-steel V2A and its sensing side is made of LCP.
The DW-HD-601-M12-200 features IP67 ingress protection.
Connection
The Contrinex high temp M12 proximity switch DW-HD-601-M12-200 features standard cable type connection. This cable covers the sensor’s 3 wires. It is 2 meters in length, and is made of Silicone.
Sensing specifications
This inductive sensor’s sensing side diameter is 12 mm. This sensor’s maximum distance to detect its standard sensing target, which is a 12x12x1 mm piece of iron, is 3 mm. This so-called sensing distance differs from one sensing target to another, based on their material, size, etc. You could find out the sensing distance in Contrinex proximity sensors with a correction factor, mentioned in their datasheet.
This high temp M12 proximity switch also features ≤ 0.02 mm repeat accuracy.
Control output
The DW-HD-601-M12-200 features NPN Normally Open control output. NPN stands for Negative-Positive-Negative transistors.

The ambient temperature range that the DW-HD-601-M12-200 high temp M12 proximity switch works properly in is 0 … 150°C.
