Application
The Cerabar PMC71 is a digital pressure transmitter featuring a capacitive, oil-free ceramic measuring cell, designed for use in both process and hygienic applications. It is ideal for measuring pressure, level, volume, or mass in liquids and gases. The device ensures a high level of system safety, equipped with a vacuum-proof ceramic membrane and integrated breakage detection. The Quick Setup function with an adjustable measuring range facilitates simple commissioning, reducing both costs and time. It is also SIL2/3 compliant according to IEC 61508 standards.
The transmitter is available with a two-chamber housing made of aluminum or stainless steel (316L).
