Absolute and gauge pressure Cerabar PMP75 series

DESCRIPTION

Application

The Cerabar PMP75 is a digital pressure transmitter equipped with a metal diaphragm seal, designed primarily for process and hygiene applications involving the measurement of pressure, level, volume, or mass in liquids or gases. It is particularly well-suited for high-pressure environments and extreme process temperatures, ranging from -70°C to +400°C (-94°F to 750°F). The device offers a Quick Setup feature with an adjustable measuring range, streamlining the commissioning process, reducing costs, and saving time. Built in accordance with IEC 61508 standards, the Cerabar PMP75 is suitable for use in SIL2/3 safety applications.

The transmitter is available with a dual-chamber housing made of either aluminum or stainless steel (316L).

Process connections: Options include threads, flanges, or hygienic connections.

Process temperature range: -70°C to +400°C (-94°F to 752°F).

Pressure range: -1/0 up to 400 bar (-15/0 up to +6,000 psi).

Accuracy: ±0.075%.

The Cerabar PMP75 comes with international certifications for explosion protection, overfill prevention (WHG), SIL compliance, hygienic approvals, and marine approvals.
