Embeddable (flush), Cable type connection, 10 mm Sensing distance

The Contrinex high temperature proximity sensor DW-AS-623-M5 features outstanding noise protection and stable sensing performance due to its specialized sensor IC developed by Contrinex. This sensor comes in a round cylindrical shape, sensing distance of 10mm, sensing side diameter and housing size of M30, and shield (flush) installation. The standard cylindrical inductive sensor can be used in diverse applications requiring non-contact detection of metallic objects.

Body

This Contrinex high temperature proximity sensor’s case and nut parts are made of Stainless-steel V2A and its sensing side is made of LCP.

The DW-HD-603-M30-411 features IP67 ingress protection.

Connection

The Contrinex high temperature proximity sensor DW-HD-603-M30-411 features standard cable type connection. It is 3 meters teflon cable and 2 meters PUR.

Sensing specifications

This inductive sensor’s sensing side diameter is 30 mm. This sensor’s maximum distance to detect its standard sensing target, which is a 30x30x1 mm piece of iron, is 10 mm. This so-called sensing distance differs from one sensing target to another, based on their material, size, etc. You could find out the sensing distance in Contrinex proximity sensors with a correction factor, mentioned in their datasheet.

This high temp M30 proximity switch also features 0.02 mm repeat accuracy.

Control output

The DW-HD-603-M30-411 features PNP Normally Open control output. PNP stands for Positive-Negative-Positive transistors.
